Editor 8/31/2008 9:37:37 AM Cohen is most noted for her tax on strip clubs - $5 per head. Gov. Perry had tried unsuccessfully to introduce it in the previous session, but got nowhere until Cohen picked up the ball and talked her Democratic friends into supporting it. |
